Digital Content Manager

Role Description

As Digital Content Manager, within our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for all online content across various channels covering both sales and customer support.

You’ll have complete ownership of our customer success portal, used by hundreds of thousands of small businesses daily, creating content such as news, tips on getting the most out of our platform and customer support material.

You’ll also work closely with the marketing team on content for PR, our blog, website and other portals.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Proven experience in copywriting from concept to creation across digital channels including web and email
  • Writing strong copy including compelling sales messages and irresistible calls to action as well as easy to understand support material within a B2B environment
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, easy to understand manner
  • Driving site improvements, collaborating with web developers, designers and marketers
  • Experience in conceptualising and driving the creation of other digital material including infographics, animations and videos
  • Assisting the PR team with story creation and production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate proactively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to think fast and react in a high energy, fast paced environment
